The Team

From the researchers who built the science.

Stepwave is founded by the people behind Brain-IT and its translation into a business model — combining world-leading exergame research with clinical and commercial experience. Two seats on the founding team are still open.

Our vision

To transform “exergame as medicine” from a niche area of research into a core pillar of modern preventative healthcare — prescribed, reimbursed, and routinely implemented, so that acting early becomes the default rather than the exception.

We are hiring

Want to join?

We are looking for people to strenghten the team — one who knows Swiss healthcare from the inside, and one or more who lead the first Stepwave Brain-Body Health Hubs. If that sounds like your kind of challenge, we would love to meet you.

Not the right role for you?

Not quite one of these, but convinced you belong on this team? Write to us anyway — we would much rather hear from you than not.

Funding & recognition.

Stepwave is being built with structured coaching and non-dilutive support — so our solutions can reach the public on fair terms.
